STRAWBERRY DAYS FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES

• STRAWBERRIES: Chandler and Camarosa varieties, large and sweet berries. All strawberries are pre-picked. Available WEEKENDS ONLY, while supplies last.
  
  IMPORTANT: If you plan to attend Strawberry Days and think you would like to purchase fresh pre-picked strawberries, please call 743-2208 or e-mail us to let us know approximately how many quarts you would like. 
• FARM FRESH PRODUCE & GARDEN PLANTS Spring cole crops (lettuces, greens, potatoes, etc.) available in our retail shop. Or, take home some spring bedding plants, flowers or vegetable & herb starts. Availability of some items will vary based on 2008 harvest dates.
• THE GARDEN BISTRO AT CAMPBELL'S FARM
  • LUNCH served until 3 p.m. Lunch menu consists of soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche, and pasta. Enjoy great strawberry desserts and more! No reservations, first-come, first-served.
  • DINNER begins at 6:30 p.m. Experience fine dining in an intimate, country, garden-style setting. Savor fresh and flavorful signature dishes created with just-picked vegetables and herbs from Campbell’s Farms' own gardens. The restaurant is only open May through August, beginning at 6:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday nights. Dinner reservations recommended. Early and late seatings available (6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.).
• FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT
  • Planting Thyme - Kids can plant a pumpkin or sunflower seed in a pot, take it home and watch it grow! Cost: $1.50 per child.
    
    Adults or kids can plant their own vegetable & herb starts. We have lots of different seeds to choose from. Cost is just $7.00 per 50 count flat, a tremendous savings when compared to vegetable & herb flats at local greenhouse centers.
    
    Available for sale are a variety of bedding plants and vegetable and herb starts.
  • Garden Thyme - Tour our demonstration garden with your kids! U-Pick produce available.
  • Kids' Play Area - Features our Lil' Tykes Maze, Tractor Trikes, and Swings.
  • Purple Dinosaur Bounce House - Cost $1 per child
  • Pony Rides - Cost $2 per child
  • Wagon Rides - Cost $1 per person
  • Choo-Choo Train Rides - Cost $1 per child (under 40 pounds)
• GROUPS: Do you have a group that would enjoy a fun, spring outing at the farm?  Come on out during our Strawberry Days hours!  No reservations needed.  No admission.

Pre-picked vine-ripened strawberries by the quart (this season's price to be announced.

• Whole strawberry pies.
• Chocolate-covered strawberries.
• Strawberry jams and jellies.
• Signature spinach strawberry salad with strawberry-vinaigrette dressing (dinner only)

• Strawberry smoothie (lunch only)
• Strawberry-verbena lemon tea

BEFORE YOUR VISIT...

• VERY IMPORTANT! All guests, both adults and children, will be asked to sign a liability waver when visiting the farm.  Forms are available here or at the farm.
• Campbell's Farms is just a short drive south of Springfield, Missouri.
