Information for Groups of 50 or More
That Wish to Host an Event at Campbell's Farms
Outside the Maze Daze Season (Which Runs September 22 - November 3) |

This information is to make large groups aware that Campbell's Farms has facilities and services available for events beyond our fall season.We welcome any group that wishes to use our farm to host their special event on any Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday day or evening from April - November. Of course big groups are more than welcome to book their group during our Maze Daze season as well (September 22 - November 3), any day except Monday.
- PRIVATE FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO GROUPS of 50 or more. (Outside of our Maze Daze Season)
- A 30'x40' open air pavilion with a 24'x12' stage (Great for entertainment or business meetings!)
- A 30x40' indoor facility. (Not air-conditioned)
- A 24'x24' outdoor dining pavilion
- Kitchen facilities (For groups wanting to prepare some foods on site or have their catering service utilize)
- Bonfire sites & small charcoal grills for cookouts
- Plenty of parking and lots or room for groups to do their thing!

- GROUP PRICING:
- For groups booking DURING our Maze Daze season (Sept. 22 - Nov. 3), choose from one of our Maze Daze Group Packages for 20+ people. Activities, services, entertainment, etc. that you will find mentioned throughout the Maze Daze site is what will be available during that time and on the particular day you choose. However, we may be able to assist with additional services such as special entertainment & food.
- For groups booking any other time of year OUTSIDE of our Maze Daze season, pricing will depend on the facilities and services desired. Call us at 743-2208, and we will be happy to assist you in creating a package that fits the needs of your individual group.
- OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
- Date choices for events booked at Campbell's Farms are always subject to availability no matter the time of year. There are no guarantees any date will be available until a reservation is made and confirmed by us. Book early to get your preferred date choice.

*Please note:
- Group package pricing applies to each person in the group visiting Maze Daze, including parents, grandparents, teachers, chaperones, or anyone accompanying that group. Each member of the group, regardless of age, must have a signed liability waiver.
Admission for small children accompanying groups is as follows:
- Infants and babies too young to walk and participate in Maze Daze activities - Free Admission
- Children 4 and under who are old enough to walk/participate in Maze Daze activities - Related Group Admission Fee
- Make your reservations now using our easy online registration form.
- Group rate for baby pumpkins not already included in the packages as defined
above, is $2 per baby pumpkin. Pricing for jack-o-lantern pumpkins available here.
- Please be aware that if you wish to book your group during weekend or some evening hours when
we are open to the general public, there may be waits for certain activities
and services such as hayrides, pumpkin painting, and bonfires.
- It is quite possible your group will have to wait for a hayride wagon, as
we can only fit approximately 20 adults comfortably on each wagon. There are no guarantees your entire group will be able to ride on one wagon; hayrides are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Information

- Admission fee is due on arrival. We also accept prepaid admissions in order to save you time on the day of your visit. P.O.’s will not be accepted unless they are paid prior to or on the field trip day.
- Cash • Checks • Major Credit Cards
- If your group chooses to cancel a reservation due to weather or other reasons, you must contact us to let us know. A $30 deposit is collected on all group reservations. (Schools, call for information). This deposit is, of course, applied to your admission upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable except in these two instances:
- The group cancels its reservation at least 7 days prior to the reservation date and does not reschedule, or
- Campbell's Maze Daze closes due to weather and the group is unable to reschedule.
Groups choosing to cancel with less than 7 days' notice without rescheduling will forfeit their deposit.
- Approximate time frame for visits is 2-2 1/2 hours. VERY
IMPORTANT! Please make us aware of any time restrictions your
group may have.
- In the event of rain, your visit may be canceled. Call
to confirm. When booking, please choose a backup date for
your group in case your first date is unavailable or rained out.
- Encourage your group to dress for a day of play in clothes appropriate
for both the outdoors and the weather.
- Good, sturdy shoes are a must. No sandals, please.
- We sell soda, bottled water and juice drinks every day. Country Cafe open Friday nights, Saturdays
and Sundays, beginning September 22. Bonfire
food packages (hotdogs, hamburgers, s'mores and more!)
also available every day.
