REDS:

• Chateau St Michelle Merlot: $8 glass or $30 bottle
• Chateau St Michelle Cabernet: $8 glass or $30 bottle
• Estancia Merlot: $7 or $28 bottle (Pairs well with the filet.)
• Mirassou Pinot Noir: $7 glass or $28 bottle (Excellent for sipping or with almost any dish.  Lots of bright, fruity notes, which give the wine a full body and sweetness without being overly sweet.)
• Rutherford Hill Merlot: $42 bottle (The chef's all time favorite wine.  Big, bold, oakey - smooth finish.)
  Rutherford Hill Cabernet: $59 bottle (Equally as superb as the merlot, but slightly bolder.)
