Intimate, fine dining in a country, garden-style setting, serving elegant meals using our farm's own vegetables & herbs, in order to offer our guests a unique, fresh-from-the-garden dining experience.
The Garden Bistro at Campbell's Farms, is exclusively an outdoor, seasonal restaurant, operating May - August. The meals are 'fresh-from-the-garden', gourmet cuisine.
The atmosphere is casual, country patio dining in a garden setting. The Bistro Chef is owner/operator Lana Campbell, who creates the restaurant's meals using the farm's own produce whenever possible, as well as market fresh fish and Grade A meats. Each month features a different menu incorporating fresh ingredients which are in season during that particular period of time.
- Certain menu items may be substituted based on product availability.
- Nightly specials are often offered as well, when new produce comes into season.
- The majority of vegetables and herbs used in our dishes are grown here on the farm.
- If the term `market-fresh` is used to describe an item, that means that item or ingredients were purchased today or very recently at one of our local farmers markets, or a specialty shop, such as a fresh fish market.
- A truly good meal should be enjoyed at leisure. Please anticipate approximately 15-20 minutes between courses.
- We encourage our guests to stroll the grounds, view the gardens, pick wildflowers, or shop our retail areas. Some areas such as the kitchen, private yard, etc., are not permitted for guests.
- Private Parties and Special Events - Yes we can accommodate your special event at the Garden Bistro! We can facilitate parties and events for groups beyond our weekend hours.
